In this tutorial, we’ll tell you how to get past the machines and to a human customer service representative at Verizon Wireless:
1. Just Dial +1 800-922-0204.
2. press #,
3. press 0 when it asks for your number.
5. For the EXISTING CUSTOMERS press 4.
6. Then you have to say ‘customer service.’.You’ll probably wait on hold.
7. Enter your social security number’s last four digits.
8. If you don’t get a real person to talk to, try this number: 800-526-3178.
